- I had mitro valve repair and myectomy on 4-28-09 I had a bi-ventricular pacemaker(ICD) with an extra lead on 10-30-09. Recently i was diagnosed with CHF and a aortic aneurysm(5.4cm) Im currently undergoing evaluation for a heart transplant

- Im currently on (though they do tend to change from time to time)
Digoxin 0.25mg, Lisinopril 10mg, Coreg 12.5 mg,Aspirin 81mg

- im currently disabled but i used to help manage my families Deli
