Mildly dilated mid-distal descending thoracic aorta as of 7/15/18. Mild dilatation of the main pulmonary artery without pulmonary artery hypertension. Trace aortic valve regurgitation. Familial aortic aneurysm syndrome. Variation of unknown significance of the COL3A1 gene (D1453N) associated with vascular Ehlers-Danilo’s Syndrome, aorta pathology test reveal medial degeneration.
