Headed into 2nd OHS in a few weeks to the replace ON-X Mitral valve placed in 05 as it is now TOO LARGE for my heart and has caused Aortic stenosis. Now both Mitral and Aortic valves must be replaced. I'm very upset because I got the ON-X so I would not have to go through this AGAIN. I'm going tissue this time....I hate taking Warfarin. It was the trade off for no future surgeries. YET HERE WE ARE AGAIN! Surgery will be performed by Loma Linda University Medical Center (they also performed my surgery in 05) They have since built a huge cardiac wing that is all brand new with private rooms. Guess should be happy. :/
