- Ross procedure, 1997 at age 37 for congenital bicuspid valve disease; 2008 August 27, Thoracic ascending aortic aneurysm repair, 8.0 cms with implantation of St. Jude mechanical valve. Didnt burst because surgeon said it was held in place by scar tis
- Medications
- Warfarin dye free 10mg tabs, allergic to the dye in 5mg pills and any warfarin with dye (all but the 10mg pills. Currently on
65mg/week.

- Proofreader for local paper part-time as independent contractor until March 2010, position was eliminated.
