had my third echo in six months, keeping watch as the avr date approaches
(jan 08). the second and third echos were both done by the same tech on
the same unit, so i guess the numbers should be good. i'm a little worried
about peak gradient. when does this get dangerous? does lack of sleep
over 3-4 days affect this?

DATE AREA PEAK FRACT

2008.06 2.53 41.5 76.8
2008.09 1.70 61.0 75.0

if anyone's interested, here's a scan of a chinese echo report.....

ChouDoufu, Lack of sleep i,m at worst for tear here

i'm just experiencing sleep deprivation due to apartment problems. (seems every
apartment has been trouble, from getting kicked out of a complex because the new
commander of the army base next door didn't want no foreigners knowing how many
pushups his troops couldn't do, to the guy that wanted me out so his mistress could
move in). been having plumbing problems, constant pipe blockage, with lots of
chinese sewage on the bathroom floor. seems the peasants don't know not to flush
plastic bags, old mops, dirty underwear, etc. now i know why the chinese don't
like to live on the first floor. bad fengshui. anyway, landlord finally fixed the
problem......by cuttin' and pluggin' the drainpipe, and rerouting it....through the
apartment.....through the bedroom. this is the new improved fix, the old one was
"here's a rock, plug the squattie." you can't imagine the
sound of 'stuff' falling seven floors then hitting a horizontal pvc pipe....at all hours.

anyway, get to move yet again, found two likely places today. first is 16th floor of a
new high rise, center of town, highest quality standards in china. second place is
older, 4th floor walk up, and on the campus of one of the medical colleges. the only
real drawback is there are about 1000 students there, mostly young nubile
female nursing students. i imagine that wouldn't alleviate my sleep deprivation.

decision, decisions..................

for what its worth my peak gradient was 115 right before surgery. But don't let that fool you since yours is 71. 15 to 20 is what I've been told is normal. I was also very quick into surgery, 2 weeks from initial diagnosis.
