Myself, I have no use for tags or social groups, but that's me. The bookmarking thing can be useful if your on another computer like the library or something along that line.

You don't have the capability to review and probably wouldn't be good for writing a "BOOK REPLY" but for a QUICK REPLY it would do. It also appears you don't get a choice of font color here. NOR SMILIES!!!!

To be honest, other than noticing the stuff missing in the Profile, I haven't really noticed or done anything different from before. Of course, I wasn't using all the functionality of the old version either.

I didnt see what difference quick reply made until it was pointed out by Bina...I like it now...its a good option for days when the computer is lagging badly and for dial-up peoples....havent found or used any other changes.
