I made this yesterday, used regular canned beans, but rinsed them well (I didn't have dried beans in the house) and used fresh jalapenos instead of canned. I also snuck in some shredded carrots and green pepper, since I like to tuck in a few extra veggies in everything.
It was really yummy, and not too salty. This is lunch all week!
