prayer request

one of my favorite cousins is gravely ill, has been for a long time, but this time it's really bad. He is not a candidate for heart transplant; that road has been explored. He has 20% lung capacity. He is in a-fib. They keep zapping him with the paddles but it doesn't last. Diabetes has attacked and he gets measured shots all through the day/night. his bp is all over the place. During the night it was 53 over 47. He was in ICU but they transferred him just down the hall so that he could have family visit because that keeps him going. he asked me to pray and of course I have been for a long time, but now I am asking you. Not for his life, just comfort and peace for him. God will make the life decision, but if there could just be peace and comfort, that's what I want for him.

He has so much to give the world and his family. We all just love him so. In adversity he has stood tall even through all his illnesses. thank you all.

He will be in my prayers. He sounds a lot like my Joe, tough and a fighter. They transferred Joe out of ICU also so I could be with him all the time, even though I was there all the time in the ICU, going to a regular private room was so much better. May God grant him peace and not a second of pain.
