    Try this:

    To convert from cm to mm move the decimal one place to the right.
    1.0cm = 10mm
    10mm = 1.0cm

    you wanna know the normal thickness of the wall sizes/averages or the dimension averages?

    I have a copy of a scan of mine that also lists the average sizes of many of these points!?..gimme a buzz if youre interested...
