Latest update for Brian: Brian is doing better 
Moved out of ICU, his INR numbers are therapeutic
He's very tired, not enough sleep-rest at night
They are having trouble finding veins to draw blood from
Still has one drain in as lungs can be/get compromised without, they are working in trying to figure out a plan for that.. Hopefully once that gets taken of, they will be working on a plan to discharge him
He is able to talk for a bit before he dozes off which is very often.

Good to hear!
PROGRESS! It seems that Brian is on the mend, but as we all knew, it will be a bit slower and longer this time. The simple fact that he is making progress pastes a big grin on my face.
