I'm not certain what some of the above comments are related to. Unless I am mistaken, Rivaroxaban <> Dabigatran.

I realize that many people do just fine on Warfarin and might not have any desire to change meds even if an alternative became available. But as someone with extremely high coronary artery calcification for his age, I would much prefer to avoid taking a Vitamin K antagonist in the future if at all possible.
