About a month ago, my insurer switched me from warfarin to Jantoven (both generic). My Inr has been fine, but I seem to be losing lots of hair! I read this can be a side effect. I called my insurer and they cost the same, so I am going to ask my doctor to switch me back (warfarin dispensed as written) before I need a wig 
. Has anyone else lost hair on Jantoven? I am also very itchy, which I read is another side effect.
