Allergy season has arrived and I'm wondering anyone knows of an antihistamine that does not affect INR levels unduly?

I take Allegra 180 (generic formula) and have no problems with it..

hope this helps..

I take Benedryl and, if thing get really bad, Claritin. No problems with either one.

A doctor told me Claritin D will have no effect on my INR.
Havn't tried it yet so I can't be sure.

None of them do to my knowledge. Any particular one your thinking of?

Hi Ross,

The one I was thinking of is Aerius. However there are a lot of good suggestions here so most of them will probably be all right.

Thanks

I've taken Allegra 180, Claritin, Zyrtec and Benedryl with nothing to report as of yet. Aerius is the same as our Clarinex, so you should be fine.
