Picture showing mitral valve regurgitation and leaflets

I am searching for a very good diagram of mitral valve regurgitation or the two leaflets of the mitral valve so that the non-medical types at my insurance company will understand the difference between posterior leaflet and anterior leaflet. I can't seem to locate a really clear one that labels the two leaflets, though I know I have seen a couple.

Can anyone give me some web page reference?
