Ross, I am a new member who just had valve surgery recently and have loved this site for information!
I recently passed along to others on the pre-surgery forum the terrific results I had following Peggy Huddleston's, Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster: A Guide of Mind-Body Techniques to feel calmer before surgery. I also used this program to help me deal with pain during and after my heart valve surgery on Jan 28, 2004 and I continue to use it now to deal with incision pain and anxiety. My question is:
The author has asked me to get further information for her about offering members more information. I think members would find this information very helpful and the author is being very generous to offer. Specifically her questions to me
She would love to do a web chat if it is possible for the group.
Or can it be live streaming video?
Who should she contact at the website to set something up?
