Hank,
I just tried to reply to a post and was told I'm not registered! I had to reregister to post. I lost my status of seasoned member and my pic that goes with my replies. What did I do or what can I do to get back to the original? Thanks

Hi Madelaine

I think your having a problem with AOL. Your original profile as "cookie" is still here. I'll have to refer you to Hank on this one, as it seems my fixes haven't worked for anyone yet. I'll send off a note to Hank right now. He's been terribly busy so it may take a little while for him to respond. Please be patient, we'll get you fixed as soon as possible.

Ross

Thank you Ross. I no longer use AOL so maybe that is a problem. Maybe I do need to change everything. Let me know.

I sent the message to Hank so when he gets a minute to look into it, he will. I also asked him to let me know what he's doing to fix these problems. Got that feeling that only he, as administrator, can do that.

I checked your info out and all looks in order. Very strange indeed. I am resetting both cookie and madelaine's properties - lets see if that does anything.

Madelaine - I can fix your avatar and your post counts and everything as soon as one of the accounts starts working properly for you - let me know.. Try them both again.

I just got to thinking about something. When it says your not registered, highlight that and type in cookie for your user name and your password from that account. Now that I'm good and tired, my brain is starting to work a little bit. I think you lost your original forum cookie in the switch of ISP's and you just needed to log in again even though it said your not registered to reset the forum cookie.

Does this make sense or am I just rambling in thought again?
