User Name NOT recognized

Hello Hank,

I changed computers (old one is really hosed) and find that VR.com did NOT recognize my screenname AL CAPSHAW. I notice that I am listed as ALCapshaw. Is VR.com case and space sensitive?

To further complicate matters, I deleted my AOL screenname as "AL CAPSHAW" but when I tried to add "ALCapshaw", AOL told me the name was already in use. Can't win for losing, so for the time being, I added a new screenname ALCapshaw2 and reregistered.

why I saw your name under new members. I guess that explains alot. When I got a new computer and when I got a new hard drive put in I lost all info and had to start again. What a nusance. I felt like throwing the computer out the window.

Al, seems you are not the only one. Must be an AOL problem. A few others had to come back as newbies.
