Friend having problems signing up

Hi Hank/Ross/anyone?!

My friend over here Amanda has been trying to sign up to the site as her little girl has a mitral valve replacement too (she thinks she may have done it some time ago but it unsure).

She tried to register this morning but it told her the administrator has banned her email address and that I am an invalid referrer. Now what did I do wrong too? lol

Can anyone advise?

We no longer allow free web based email addresses for sign up such as hotmail, yahoo, etc. She will have no problem signing up with the address given to her from her Internet service provider. The free based services have allowed unwanteds to register multiple times and hide their true identities and frankly, I'm tired of chasing them around.

If this is going to present a problem for her, contact me PM style. ;)

Ross, I spoke to Amanda and she said shes emailed you. She really wants to join but she doesnt have any email other than the free ones.
