I was just looking back to the thead about our scars, and the photos. Almost everyone has managed to put up a photo, I just have links to attachments. Is this because I put two images in the same thread or is there some other reason?

I know that on some boards one can only show images by linking to an external storage space, a board I moderate on has this, but when I check the properties here of photos they seem to be on this site, and not linked. My post is on page 4 of that thread.

Oh, it worked! That is my daughter's wedding day!

Now the question is Ross, WHY did it work this time and not in the other thread?

You are correct in that you can only post one photo if you want it to appear in your post. If you attach more than one per post, you get the links listed rather than the actual photos.

BTW - is that you in the hospital bed? Were you in the hospital on your daughter's wedding day? If so, how awful that must have been for you. However, the photo is a lovely one of a lovely family.

Thanks, perhaps I ought to go back and remove one of them.

Yes, I was in hospital when my daughter got married, I had been discharged after having my MVR/AVR then managed to get complete heart block and was admitted as an emergency the day before the wedding. They came to see me after the ceremony and before the reception. I think they got some strange looks when they arrived at the hospital! :)

I have now edited my other post to remove one photo.
