I've made Mr. Pratchios aware of the issues and Hank also. Hopefully this will be resolved as fast as it started again. I'll let Hank discuss the launching of chat since I don't know what the exact ball game lineup is.

Hello everyone, I'm Jonathan Pratchios. As Ross has already mentioned I'm presently working to finally resolve these pesky reoccurring issues we've been having. I'm going to perform a few upload tests in here so I'll likely be editing my posts in this thread a few times.

Thanks Ross and everyone please forgive me for not posting earlier. I've just been so focused on isolating the source of these errors that I didn't take the time to update everyone on my progress. That said...

Good News Everyone! Image problems fixed!

We now know *exactly* what was causing the image upload errors and everything should now be working perfectly. Also, the "%" should no longer be randomly showing up anymore. Regardless, please keep me informed of any issues you may have (speed, images, posts, etc). I'll be checking in on the forum on and off over the weekend, so if you need to get in touch with me just send me a PM. :D

Again, thank you *everyone* for being so patient. We are now working to have the chat up and working as soon as possible.

I am still having problems with pages taking soooooooooooo long to load. I would probably have over 3000 posts by now if I weren't working in slow motion. :D :rolleyes: ;)

I was able to edit out the "%0" from a recent post, which I had tried in vain to remove several times before. I also didn't get the "Page not found" message that had struck a chill of fear in my heart when posting several long harangues recently.

I daresay you've got it! Cake all around...

Thanks to Jonathan for getting the issues worked out.

As for the chat - the new client that we are working on will be so much better than what we had before that I believe y'all will think it worth the wait.

I apologize for the delays in getting these issues fixed, but sometimes it is hard to find the root cause for phantom errors and such.

We have managed to limp along during this transition phase and yet we continue to grow and provide the support that this site was founded on.

The future is bright my friends.. In time, you will all say "I was there before ValveReplacement.com became what is today... I can't believe how far we have come.. there were rough times, but look at it now!"

Many of you can say that now :o We have indeed come a long way....

But........ We have only just begun :)
