Russell was scheduled to run the "City to Surf" this weekend - it's a huge event - almost 24,000 runners last year!

How did you fare on the 12K, Russell?

Laura was doing a duathlon that included a 3K on sand. Hope you managed to complete that, Laura - please tell us about it.
